DARTS is a community-based nonprofit that connects people to services and partnerships that improve their quality of life, help them age well, and enable them to engage in their community. DARTS provides a network of valuable information and resources to people of all ages and fosters the health of the community by helping people remain active and connected to one another.

Wages and Benefits
$18.00/hour plus mileage & drive-time reimbursement; flexible hours to fit your schedule; transportation allowance provided; up to 3 weeks per year of accrued Paid Time Off; 4 hours of Holiday pay for July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day; dental, vision and life insurance and participation in the agency-sponsored retirement savings plan

A typical day as a DARTS Home Helper offers an opportunity to make a difference in the community by building relationships with older adults, and providing a valuable service that helps them remain in the home of their choice, and will include the following:
